Name of your child(ren)
Date of Birth of your child
Orphanage Name
Orphanage Address and phone number
Contact Name for the orphanage
Your MOI number (if you have it)
The date that you entered MOI

I know that the French Embassy in PAP is involved in the conversations with the Ministry of the Interior as well, however, I do not have a contact information for French families.
