Today, 40 files actually and physically arrived in the Immigration Ministry from the Ministry of Interior (MOI). This means that 40 adopted children will be going home to their new families soon! This is wonderful news!
Additionally, files are being signed out of IBESR again! --- Adoption files are moving through the system!
