While we had our third flat tire, about one hour outside of Hinche on our way to Cerca Carvajal, I took some photos of the people who passed us by as we were changing the tire. People liked having their photos taken. Notice the big tree on the side of the "road". People in this area live from farming and you will see women and children sitting under a tree alongside the road to sell refreshments and/or some of their produce.
The "road" from Hinche to Cerca Carvajal is especially bad, it is more of a donkey trail than a road and the people who were riding their donkeys or horses were faster in traveling than us in a truck.
