...I just got off the phone with our congressman' s office. I had called yesterday and was told they would look into the issue and call me back. She said that the State Department, DHS and USCIS have had a meeting and are currently working to come up with a solution in the next couple of days.

So, the calls are working. If you haven't already called, please take the time to call our senators and congressman as well as the Congressional Coalition on Adoption.
